  • We do not guarantee shipping timelines, carrier performance, transit routing, or port handling outcomes.
  • Customs clearance, import duties, and inspection outcomes are determined by relevant government authorities and are entirely outside our control.
  • Any delays, damages, losses, or additional costs arising from third-party logistics operations are the sole responsibility of the engaged freight and logistics providers.
  • We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate cargo and trade insurance for all international shipments.
